Shipping policy

NDINA Gallery ships worldwide. Orders are processed within 3 business days and every parcel is sent tracked.

Prints and posters. Limited edition prints are shipped flat in protective, rigid packaging. Posters are shipped in a tube. Most fine art giclée prints are printed and shipped directly from our print partner, Print Art NZ, in Auckland, New Zealand, on archival paper with pigment-based inks, in a protective sleeve. In that case your tracking details come from Print Art NZ.

Edition numbers. Limited edition prints are numbered. Your number is assigned in sequence when your order is dispatched and is confirmed in your shipping email.

Delivery times and costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing.

Duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Original artworks. Original artworks ship separately by DHL Express, insured. We will contact you to arrange packaging and delivery.
